Way better than expected!!!! All six pots came very well packed, nothing damaged and sooner than expected. Mine came with a set of gardening gloves ;-) Not sure this is a standard, but I'm super happy. As soon as I get my African violets soil I'll start repotting!!!

These pots are beautiful. I wish the inner black pot is little bit big but they do the work properly. Once you set them up it looks pretty nice.

With a lot of plants in my house having very different watering needs, half of them end up over-watered and another half under-watered. These planter pots help with keeping plants watered. The water level is visible, so it is easy to tell when plant needs to be watered (when leaves are dry - it is usually too late). The soil is not too moist and also not too dry. It takes guesswork out of watering, and increases interval between watering for almost two weeks (i.e. which means longer vacations without asking friends to water the plants). The only downside is that water will not be very clear (but brownish and muddy) - unless all watering is done via small hole in the middle (which is quite tricky and probably not good for the plant).

They are beautiful! and a little bigger than I thought which is great. They are exactly as picture... Also got a free pair of garden gloves!!

The wick supplied is made of cotton rather than a synthetic material. Although these are excellent wick planters, I recommend buying my own synthetic wick. Try to find a seller which sells wick string specifically for planters; however, other synthetic strings for non-wick purposes can be selected, as the plant wick will move water. Man-made material, wicks are preferred over cotton, organic material, as they do not disolve/dissipate over time. To water these plants, one must removed the inner pot, and pour water into the outer planter.

Delivered in a bag. Two of the six were cracked. Decent looking, but chintzy plastic.

the black insert, that makes it self watering, is 4"Hx5"W. If you were to take the insert out, the pot is still less than 6"! 5.8" is not 6.7" despite what any guy tells you. size matters and so does the truth!!!

it said it was 6.9 inches top to bottom measured 5 inch side to side measured 4 inch and the black cup that goes inside was 3 inch and the plastic material is cheap

Half the pots came damaged and unusable. Their customer service tried to refund me $4 to compensate and argued with me in an incredibly unprofessional way. These pots are not worth the price even if they didn't arrive broken. Do yourself a favor and don't buy these or from the company that makes them.
