Stays al dente, how I like
I like shape mac and cheese because it has a bit of "bite" to the texture that I prefer over regular noodles. I microwave this in 8 minutes and then keep some of the water in and mix the cheese packet in, and it's delicious. It's mac and cheese, it isn't meant to be fancy, people!

So yummy
I'm shocked at so many low star reviews! My kids, husband, and myself love this Mac n cheese. Yeah it takes a little longer to boil but it's not a big deal. It tastes soo good. Most of the time I don't even add butter, I just add a little milk and mix the cheese. Just had it as a side with lunch today.

better than others are saying. always sold out.
I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews; my kids love it, and it's pretty "meh" from an adult perspective. you need to boil for about 2 minutes longer than stated, but we use a microwave pasts bowl, and it takes 8 minutes after the water is pre-boiled. We also use real butter in ours. Margarine tastes awful in this.

Wasn't as expected
The package says to cook for 8-10 min. It took me 18-20 min to cook the pasta all the way through, but it was still a little chewy for my liking. Any more cooking and the pasta would've been blown up and mushy. I think the issue is that they are so small and detailed that the center doesn't get cooked in the center. What's worse is that the characters are unrecognizable after the cheese is mixed in. Disappointed that these take so long to prepare.

Wouldn't eat myself but she loves the noodles
Boiled water and added- 15 Minutes and they were just right. My 4 yr old has an eating issue so wont eat anything but the noodles, just added salt and butter and she ate the entire box. We are happy when she eats anything other than pediasure in a day.

too small, starchy, hard
takes too long to cook for noodles to be still "hard". noodles are SUPER SMALL and barely filled one bowl. Taste? what taste, the only thing I tasted was PURE STARCH.

Don't do it get Kraft or literally anything else!
This is absolutely God awful. The cheese powder was in clumps when it came out and it all tastes like cardboard. It's actual literal garbage. Why would you feed this to anyone and be proud, let alone kids. Pinkfong and Nickelodeon should be ashamed, honestly.
