Since trying the Beano Ultra it has helped with the pain immensely. This is now my go to when I know I am going to be eating something that will hurt my guts.

Very easy to to swallow. Effectiveness is 10/10. Taking before a hard to digest meal prevents any odorous issues from arising. If you're someone who suffers from flatulence after certain meals, this is something you must have on hand, especially if you have to go in public.

I took only one pill w/ a meal I knew had a lot of fiber and had a lot of water with the meal. The pill was effective. I did follow the instructions on the box, but it made my tummy upset. Moderation was key for me.

But the next time I went to eat out with my friends, I decided I would try it. And to my surprise, it really worked! I just took it before we left the house and went eat diner and when I got home I realized that I had not had any uncomfortable situations at all during the night, and I really was able to enjoy my self while I was out.
