Bright lighting and packaged good

I had one bulb fail after 4 months, followed the warranty procedure on the box and there was no response. I gave 3 stars because when the bulbs work, they are nice.

they fit and are uncomfortably bright to the point of a headache. If this were a light up to the ceiling and it could be dimmed, then Id have it on the lowest setting. The lamp I bought it for recommended this, and its not a good match, the clear hurts the eyes. I purchased a table top chandelier lamp with crystal cut beads it recommended E26 60 Watts I wish they were 15 Watts -- I have no idea if they're a good bulb they seem to work steady, the do get hot, they are bright if that's what you really need this would light a whole ceiling in a 100 foot room. I would prefer frosted at a lower wattage and cannot find that bulb. For now, I don't like it-- if I find another use and it then doesn't kill my eyers, then I will retract this review. Thank you. None were broken, and they arrived on time.
