Wheels look brand new after Rust-Oleum
My rims are black alloy and after a couple of winters they were pretty faded from chemicals. I cleaned them with a high quality cleaner and set out to re paint all the exposed surfaces. This paint goes on evenly, you control your spray and you will have absolutely no runs or drips. Takes minimal time outdoors to dry and with a few minor sprays my wheels look like they did brand new. I recommend this paint especially if you have matte or alloy wheels.

It looks more like Satin paint than Matte but seems to work good.
