I bought this lip balm after doing a bit of research, I've had terribly chapped lips for years. When I first applied this product my lips stung like crazy and I thought oh no, have I made a mistake? Turns out my lips only stung for the first few applications because they were so damaged - this product was finally moisturising and cooling my lips. Within two days, my lips are completely healed - like magic. No other product as work this great. I am in love. THANK YOU

BB Vitamin E & Peppermint - my favorite and only lip balm for at least 20-30 years. Other's don't work for me. Stays on longer and is soothing to my lips. Staying on top of application in my dry Colorado climate is key. I have a lip balm in every room of my home.

I love Burt's Bees products! I use mostly the lip balm as do many of my family members. I give them to family as stocking gifts at Christmas. This original is my daughter's favorite!

I have had severely chapped lips since I was a small child and used to wake up every morning (even after putting vaseline on my lips before bed) in the winter with dried blood on my mouth from cracking. Burts bees is by far and away the very best chapstick formula that I have ever used. I have really tried them all, from carmex to aquaphor to artisan farmers market beeswax offerings, none compare to Burts. On top of the fact that it's just the best, I always loved knowing how much I supported the brand and it's ethics. I know things have gotten rough in manufcturing but I didn't expect what has happened over the past couple of years from Burts. The changes to the packaging even down to the fact that the sticker doesn't easily peel off from the cap the way it used to is so frustrating to someone who has been using this, until now, unchanged product for about 25 years. I'm so disappointed in you guys honestly. It feels like the only "natural" product company I've been using all my life that hasn't changed is dr Bronners. PLEASE COME BACK FROM THE DARK SIDE BURTS WE NEED YOU!

So this lip balm is fine i guess ive used it for a few years and its ok its moisturizing. It does what its supposed to but it is slightly dry on the lips and kinda sticky.

This specific lip balm brand has been my favorite ever since I started using it. That was over 13 years ago. However, I have noticed that in my recent 2 years of use that the (original lip balm with vitamin E) has changed! I don't recognize what the change is. It could be one of the ingredients, it could just be a bad batch, but three bad batches of lip balm in a row? Nooo. Please bring the OG back. I'm still a frequent user of this brand and will definitely come back to the “original,” if it is “original” again. Thanks for the years Burt's Bees!

I have been using Burt's Bees for over 10 years now and it has always been my go to. However, the new packaging on their chapsticks is just not cutting it for me. I have cracked multiple lids, which has never happened to me before, and once that happens you can't put it back on correctly and it will fall right off. You're forced to open a new tube at that point if you're carrying it in a purse or pocket, and I should not have to do that! Comparing the old(L) with the new(R) style caps, you can see how much thinner the packaging was made. I've always loved the product but I'm hoping that there will be improvements made in the future with this packaging. Trying to fix something that wasn't broken was the wrong move!

I've used nothing but BB original for at least 25 years, and this new formula is so awful. Like others have stated, I can't figure out what's different. The ingredient list is exactly the same. I don't care about the packaging changes, but to mess with the formula is unforgivable.

have been using BB original for 10+ years and have recently developed an allergy to the new formula! took my skin and lips months to recover and now i can't use it at all otherwise i break out in a rash! similar thing is happening with the new Day Lotion Aloe and Rice Milk formula and my eyes! Very disappointed to see this drop in quality from such a renowned brand!

I have used this product for about 20 years with no complaints. The caps were changed recently to a cheaper, thinner plastic that broke immediately. Please bring back the old caps!
