This is the best stuff and only item that you should add to your fuel. It cleans out the fuel system very well. You still need to do other maintenance (such as cleaning the throttle body) to keep your car in tip top shape. There is a reason why mechanics recommend this product. I will put it in my fuel tank every 8000 miles or so even though the bottle says every 3000.

Contains PEA, one of the only effective fuel system chemical detergents. Remember "Complete Fuel System Cleaner" as many other fuel system treatments DON'T contain PEA, including some from Techron. PEA is the only effective chemical detergent that works and is the same detergent used in "Top Tier" Gasoline available from Shell, Arco, Costco, Mobil, etc. Look up top tier gasoline, many cars would benefit from this too and then use Techron 1 X or 2X a year or a few weeks before you change your oil.

I've heard that Techron is an excellent fuel system cleaner. It appeared to notably improve my car's engine performance. I had been using cheaper gas and other cheaper cleaners and I believe that the Techron notably cleaned the fuel system and valves and improved my car's performance.

I use this regularly in my 2010 Nissan Frontier (175,000 miles), which are known to run rich as they age. This product keeps injectors clean. I wish I used it regularly from the very beginning. It actually removes the engine code for running rich in both banks (at least well enough to turn the light off), which is a great plus for performance..

My mechanic suggested that I add Chevron Techron Complete Fuel System Cleaner to every other tank full of gas. Chevron gas is too expensive for me to use regularly. I use Sam's Club gas and add Chevron Techron Complete Fuel System Cleaner to every other tank full of gas as my mechanic suggested. That seems to be working very well for me and my car.

I had Honda analysis say I needed to clean injectors. I researched on web for injector cleaners - this one had some great reviews from non sellers, mechanics, etc. I ran one bottle through, and it quieted down the engine. Just pour in gas tank. Really worked. Amazing.... Usually these vehicle fixes in a bottle don't work. I think I am on my 12th bottle of power steering leak fix - zero results! Guess I better get around to fixing that leaky hose. LOL

Chevron Techron works well to keep your injection system clean. I usually add a bottle at oil change just to treat the fuel system and keep the injection system clean. I do recommend using a long funnel to get it into your fuel tank on gm vehicles with capless tanks. If you don’t you will spill it. So just use a long funnel and keep your fuel system clean and working properly.

With virtually all cars now Fuel injected (direct or port). Clean fuel is extremely important. Many people don’t know there are different QUALITIES of gas (top tier) . Standard. Everyone needs to insure their fuel system is clean. Techron is probably the Best detergent for fuel available

I placed my car with relatively low mileage in storage for over a year without draining the gas. I got back to driving it and noticed my steering wheel vibrating during idle. After googling, I learned that gasoline additives break down/evaporate over time, and your fuel goes rancid and start clogging up your fuel system. I did what folks on online forums recommended and topped up my tank with fresh gasoline, and I added a bottle of Techron for enhanced cleaning power. Now my car is operating well again, and that strong gasoline smell when I start my car is gone. I'm not a chemist, so I don't know how exactly this product works, but I know my car is working well again.

works well, we use it to keep our vehicles running efficiently. My only complaint is the foil seal is VERY difficult to remove and can end up with some smaller pieces inside the bottle if you're not extra careful which could be a problem if it gets into the gas tank.
