I've tried dozens of energy bars out there on the market. Clif Bars are head-and-shoulders above the rest for two reasons: superior flavor and nutritional value. I eat one for breakfast every day, and it sustains me 'til lunchtime. I am someone who can't miss a meal - otherwise I'm likely to get a headache. Clif Bars are nutritionally sufficient (and satisfying) to stand in for a meal when needed.
