These ashtrays are very durable and strong. They are bigger than I expected them to be which is great!

size, quality, %26 appearance were all very nice. I have tile floors and accidentally dropped it. When it hit, it shattered like glass but, it isn't designed to withstand being dropped, simply to hold ashes so I still liked it.

Other than 2 of the plastic items being broken, I checked the side door option and even put 'Please deliver to side door, thank you' in the delivery instructions and the items were still left on my FRONT porch.

This is the second item that did not show up in my delivery. Who ever is bagging these orders are not taking their time to make sure they get EVERYTHING. I quit calling Too hard to get any satisfaction. Really thinking about switching I'm in a wheelchair and cant go get things myself

The ashtray was missing the bottom it just had a ring on it. I don't know if it's how they bagged it or it was a cheap item. Either way it was $.98 so I didn't do a return.
