Electrolit Grape has become my go-to hydration drink this summer. I love the grape flavor, and it helps me feel refreshed and hydrated, especially during perimenopause when I am more mindful of replenishing the electrolytes and nutrients my body needs. It really does the trick when plain water is not enough.

This was a life saver after being bed ridden with the flu for 3 days. Kept me hydrated and topped off with electrolytes the whole time brought me a lot of comfort since the sweating and constant bathroom trips kept me dehydrated and cramping alot.

My husband bought this for me by mistake one time, and I have been getting it ever since. ha, Who knew that the cheaper stuff would taste better and work just as well. I like it and drink it all the time.

It works great for hydration. I am a marathon runner and I also need hydration because of menopause symptoms. This helps immensely.

cheaper than pedialyte and it works just as good. better results than gatorade/powerade in my opinion.

I didn't like the amount of sugar because it works against my dehydration. the problem I have with the zero calorie version is that I have to have a natural sweetener and I can't find this in ANY rehydration beverage. I dilute it with spring water 💦 and all's well !!

It has a heavy consistency. My son would not drink it. Very sweet. I considered watering it down. I drank it but didn't love it. Maybe the sugar free would suit me better.

Received as a substituted item, reminded me like pedialyte. Tastes very watered down . I personally will not purchase again.
