We use this as a cleaner and deodorizer around the apartment. We use it in the cat's litter boxes and to scrub the litter boxes. I use it to clean in the laundry washing machines for extra scrubbing of stains and as power lifter to get them out. I also with take a hard brush and scrub the stain with a mix of baking soda and a dish cleaner like Dawn. I use it on my teeth with my toothpaste. Of course its used in the fridge as a deodorizer as well. Paired with the right cleaner it will lift stains from pots/pans and you can boil it and put dirty dish cloths/sponges in the pan to clean those along with the pan itself. I use it in my dishwasher as well and in my drains and toilet as a cleaner and it helps with hot water and vinegar to open drains and such up. I use it in our oven to clean, in our toilet/tub /sinks to clean those as well. I use it to remove buildup from my scalp and hair as well. And even in bathwater or on a washcloth to scrub dead skin off. It has so many uses The grit is perfect to scrub without taking paint and such off. The box has a little lid dispenser you punch out to make it easier to shake it on or into stuff. But I find making a gel or paste with dawn and the baking soda itself gets things pretty clean and even brighter looking like on kitchen counters. Love the versatility. Love the price and no complaints.

I really like this baking soda, and I feel like it performs like every other baking soda, which is good because it's not less effective, and it is 100% real baking soda. The only gripe I have with this product is the packaging. I just feel like it's a little boring, even if it is bright orange with text on it, I feel like they could bump it up a little bit to resemble the fizzy power of baking soda, and its multitude of powerful uses that change lives across the planet. I use my baking soda to deodorize my refrigerator, add to recipes, and even as a deodorant when rubbed on dry armpits. I think the price could be a little bit cheaper as well, and that's just my take.

I like it more than Arm and Hammer... it's a finer powder and works really well for brushing teeth, as well as everything else. I began using it to brush my teeth when I read a thing about how it... I forget exactly, but it does something that toothpaste can't do, and that results in .. something I really wanted, like maybe help in losing weight... I forget exactly, but with all the bad stuff I'm seeing of late re flouride, even if I haven't lost 30 pounds, I'm glad I switched. :-)

I I use this to clean with instead of commercial powdered cleaners. It doesn't scratch and it's much less expensive. I also use it to brush my teeth with and have for decades. I have recently put a pinch of baking soda in the water for my house plants and have noticed a difference in several of them looking healthier. Do your own research about putting it in water for house plants because I am known for killing plants .

I buy these to sprinkle in the bottom of the cat's litter box, after I dump the while thing out %26 before I put in the new litter. It makes a big difference in the amount of time I can go before having to completely replace the litter, and makes the litter last longer, as well really helps with the smell, vs. when I don't use it, I notice the "cat pee" stank in the house after just a few days, causing me to use more litter more often.

92 CENTS. NINETY TWO CENTS. I don't even know what you can buy for 92 cents anymore but apparently the answer is EVERYTHING because baking soda does EVERYTHING. My cat Zeus agrees so strongly that he ate the box. Not a little nibble. He DESTROYED it. Chewed the top completely off like he was opening it himself because he had things to DO with this baking soda and he wasn't waiting around for me. Zeus would like you to know he personally uses baking soda for: Deodorizing his litter box area (he doesn't do it himself but he supervises) Getting the smell of RV toilet treatment off the counter (don't ask) Keeping his dry shampoo game strong (he's very fluffy, this is critical) Baking cornbread (he watches very closely, this counts) Putting out small fires (he knocked over a candle once, we don't talk about it) Settling an upset stomach after he ate a whole box of baking soda cardboard General mischief neutralization Removing the scent of shame from the couch where he is not supposed to be 92 cents, Stephanie. Works just as good as the name brand, I also use it with vinegar every few months in bathroom sinks to help clear drain, just a trick someone told me and it worked, better than harsh chemicals!! Price is great as well 1/2 of the cost of name brands!!

Good product UNLESS you plan to use this baking soda for human consumption because I'm not sure where the baking soda actually came from or whether it's pure sodium bicarbonate, also it isn't organic. If you're using it for cleaning it's probably a good product

I'm old so i have had yrs to compare quailty. i won't blame them cuz my last arm %26 hammer was just as lacking in 1 or both ingredients. i use to be able to use 1/8 tsp %26 3ozs of water to cure gas now it's a quater tsp. So i upped it in all recipes like panckes or cakes. U need them to rise. manufactors cheaping the product.

Bought 6 boxes. Got 5. All 5 leaking froom both tops and bottoms. Taped them all. Good baking soda for cooking, baking, deodorizing and laundry. Got only 5 of the 6 ordered. Usually great stuff from WallyWorld. Guess this happens somethimes. Boxes were not beaten up. They come from the factory this way. Will get the 2 lb. boxes next time. They do not leak.
