(6 pack) Great Value Cannellini Beans, 15.5 oz

Have never bought OR Had a cannellini bean in my life! (Well probably in soup or stew I wasn't aware of….). That being said I followed a lettuce salad recipe and added a whole can of rinsed and dried cannellini beans and EVERYONE loved it! I was personally surprised how good they tasted myself! Can't wait to use them again! Plus the price was very reasonable! Highly recommend!

I love making soups and chili, especially in the winter! I like having a variety of canned beans on hand to shorten the prep time. these beans work well in a lot of the meals I make, they're delicious and ready for whatever I'm making. Sometimes I blend them up to thicken soups in a healthier way! Great way to add more fiber too!

I'm crazy about these beans. They make really good humus, they're so creamy. In soups and stews, they're wonderful. With Italian foods or any other food in fact, they're great. Add to the great northern beans to make special baked beans, they are delicious. They make a really good addition to a bean salad with waxed beans, kidney beans and pintos, use Zesty Italian Dressing to zing it up. Stock up on these beans, you'll find a ton of uses for them.

This is a wonderful way to bulk up your potato soup. Very little outstanding flavor, you dont even taste the bean. When I added this into my potato soup in the pot and blended it in with an emulsion blender, the soup itself will make you more full on half a bowl than if you were to eat two bowls of the soup with no beans. 10/10, all hail Big Bean

This can prives, good healthy food is not always expensive. These beans have so much nutritional value yet the price is still affordable. I added this can to my pot of soup. It gave the soup a stew like texture. It definitely had more substance. The taste was also more robust! So delicious! I recommend these beans for a good healthy diet. A must try!

I've used Cannellini Beans throughout the years, and the GV ones seem to have a thicker sauce to rhem. They're delicious and have a tender chew, they thicken soupsGV Cann, dips, stews, smoothies, high in fiber and protein. The easy open cans are quick to open, great in all my Vegetarian recipes, excellent pantry staple.

I dislike the packing of he product inside of the shipping box. A 12 can flat wrapped with stretch plastic was placed in a larger box. The larger box was 3 in taller than flat with cans, and a inch to 3 in around the flat. No other dampening material. The flat bounced around inside the larger box during the transit to my home.

This review is more for the delivery - one of these cans was extremely bent. I'm sure there were other cans that could have been used in my order. I would like to think that shoppers would pick out items they would want for themselves- apparently not.

Peeps complaining about their delivery service INSTEAD OF THE PRODUCT ITSELF is very misleading. These two categories should be separate. My Cannelli Beans were all smashed up and soggy. Whereas my GV Red Kidney Beans were great, nice firmness that kept its retained shape.
