they are real good the ones to buy is in water only fry them in a pan and eat them. they have all kinds of nutrients for your body and real good for women, they have a lot of caluim for your bones and good for your organs. you can eat them as a snack or when ever.. but only get the ones in the water they give you more nutriture for your body.. the great value kind!!
I don't actually eat this. But these are great for dogs as a topper. Instead of buying medicine for your dog, you can just give them sardines. The collagen and d3 is wonderful for your dogs.
I use these occasionally as a topper for my dog's food, and they work great. It's an easy way to add omega-3s to their diet, and I've noticed it helps keep their coat looking silky and shiny. The portion size is convenient, and since it's packed in water, it's simple to mix into their regular food. Definitely a good pantry staple if you're looking to add a little nutritional boost to your pup's meals.
they're just really well flavored sardines, and they're real sardines they're not sprats. Good brine. if you like sardines or are looking for a protein source with decent fats, calcium and omega-3s these are a great choice. Nice and meaty and sometimes you get a bonus sardine🤗
NOW HERE'S A PROBLEM. FOR SEVERAL YEARS IVE EATEN GV WATER SARDINES 1-2X A WEEK LOVING EVERY BITE. SANDWICHES, CRACKERS, CHIPS, TACOS ETC. BUT YESTERDAY THE GV SARDINES BOUGHT WERE WHITE AND LOOK LIKE FIVE SNAKES WITH HEAD CUT OFF. I OPENED 2 CANS. BOTH THE SAME SNAKE LOOKING CREATURES. SO.... NO MORE GV WATER SARDINES FOR NOW.
I love the price and even if it was the same as competitors... it's worth it. Easy to open and moist of the time, there are full perfect fish inside! Usually I get 6 nice sized fish in each can. They don't break as easily when lifting out of the can either (at least for me). Delicious with rice, on sandwiches or paired with buttery crackers.
I want to love it because the price can't be beat; but bottom line, bare bone sardines' taste isn't great and some days I just can't eat, even if I see it as medicine. (collagen and protein galore) I'm undecided on whether I will buy more. I'll have a several-day palate cleanse and try again just for the health benefits. I also do like that it's more firm than more expensive options. I'll look for a recipe to improve taste and see next time.
I don't eat fish: I purchased it for my cats. They seemed to like it initially but left most of it in the bowl. I tried to pick out the bones but I dislike handling fish period! So, don't go by my opinion if you like sardines. I just wanted to see if the cats would like them.

Delivey in standard in-store cheapo plastic grocey bags? Is this delivery now? It's a good thing I can retreive my items quickly into the house, if the cardbord packaged items are left outside for more than 30 minutes, the local wildlife will have lunch instead of me. Cheapo instore plastic grocery bags? Really?
