i really dont know what it is, and i dont want to know tbh, but this is the best Teriyaki sauce(thats not a dipping sauce). its not too strong, but its not weak. like it could be a little stronger so i dont have to use more of it, but even so its perfectly fine as is. i mostly use it in ramen and sprinkling it on chicken and burgers while i cook them.

Ruined the whole meal. I don't know what happened and why it ended up tasting like it did but it was not palatable.

While a bit salty, it goes down smooth. Watch out for the sodium though with using larger quantities. I would not advise drinking them straight. Excellent for juicy dark meat marinade. Very good price!

A family treat, we love Teriyaki Chicken and at this price bursting in flavor, great value and great flavor especially for grilled chicken thighs...Mmmmm, highly recommend, will buy again.

I would call it flavorful but not spicy. It's excellent for the price maybe not rising to the level of some of the more expensive sauces. I used it as a marinade for chicken thighs before air fryer.

i like the convenient size. I never tried this brand but have on the higher price point brands. So it was the price that got me to try it. I'll know more once I cook with it.

well this IS NOT chinese restaurant teriyaki flavot. So im going to have to look up recipes for homemade and see if i cant "save" this product by putting in some extra ingredients i might have on hand. And its a drag to have to do that.

I leave a recommendation because who am I to declare that you won't like it? Tastes widely differ. The teriyaki marinade is inexpensive. In my view, its price is right. The container lacks the ability to add a few drops. That is, there is no reduction in flow. It's less expensive, I get it but one is likely to deliver far more marinade than desired. Perhaps transferring the marinade to a different container is the solution. Then, chuck the marinade bottle, empty or full.

This was entirely too sweet and had a strong vinegar taste, completely ruined the dish wanted teriyaki beef, had to add spice to the dish to to offset the sweet and some soy sauce to balance out the vinegar taste.

Some things you just can't cut the cost on and this is one of them. This just taste like sodium very watery first and last time buying this. Don't waste your hard earned money on this brand. Sweet Baby Ray is the best
