(6 pack) "JIFFY" Honey Corn Muffin Mix, 8.5 oz Box

Been eating these corn muffins for a long time. As a snack with a cup of tea, or with fishcakes and beans, they're consistently good and hit the spot. I live alone, and this gives me just enough muffins to get through a couple of meals plus a snack.

I usually don't like sweet cornbread, but I do like this sometimes I like to put blueberries strawberries in it and put icing on top to make it sort of like a cake dessert I also butter it when it comes out of the oven. I put my own spices in there sometimes like garlic and garlic and onions to go with cabbage and sausage and I put frosting on it when I do my strawberries and blueberries so give a try to this and see if you like it. It's very money efficient it's a good price. It's really good.

Corn casseroles are great sides for BBQs, holidays, or any occasion. Jiffy has, and will always be, one of the very best, and for the price, you can't beat it. If you want to make a good casserole, here's my recipe. 2 boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix 1 can of Great Value sweet whole kernel corn, drained 1 can of Great Value creamed corn 2 eggs 1/2 cup of great value sour cream 1 can diced green chiles 1 and 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, or cheese of choice 4 green onion stalks, sliced. Add whites to mix and save greens for garnish. Combine everything together in a large bowl. Add about 1 cup of shredded cheese into the batter, and reserve 1/2 cup for the top during the last 5 minutes of baking. Pour into a sprayed 9x13 casserole dish and bake at 400° for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick or knife inserted in the center comes out mostly clean. Top the casserole with the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice (cheddar, pepperjack, etc.), and bake an additional 5-7minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and let sit for about 7 minutes. Dish out and top with sliced green onion tops and extra sour cream if desired. Pair this with a few BBQ'd ribs, hamburgers, or even hot dogs, and a baked potato, and wow, what a meal!

They were very green and they really didn't have a taste even though I let us set a couple of days before I ate them, but they were still green and in the middle they have a little white hard-core. I recommend they let these get right before they sell them out.

I think this is much tastier than the original. It's great for cornbread or muffins and makes a delicious cornbread casserole! Plus, the price couldn't be better!

If you like corn bread, you will love these muffins. You can also bake them in a 8 x 8 pan as well. The mix makes a light and delicious corn bread. Absolute value for the money.

These muffins are great. My 10 year old frequently likes to make them. They require nothing special (no mixer or anything like that) and easy instructions. The honey ones are the best!

First time I purchased Jiffy cornbread with honey. 🍯 Delicious! Not over done with sweetness- just the right amount. This will be my go to from now on. Try it!

THIS PRODUCT FROM JIFFY IS BY FAR THE WORSE THING I HAVE EVER TASTED. I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS BECAUSE IT HAS HONEY ALREADY IN IT. WHEN COOKED, THIS MUFFIN MIX IS HARD AS A ROCK. I HAVE NEVER TASTED OR TRY TO EAT ANYTHING THIS HARD. PLEASE DON'T BOTHER TO BUY THIS. I FEEL YOU ARE BETTER OFF PUTTING YOUR OWN HONEY IN THE REGULAR JIFFY. ( I ACTUALLY WAS DOING THAT BEFORE I TRIED THE JIFFY FOR HONEY)
