The packaging of Lactaid look nice . Taste was ok to me . It works. It is fast acting. I don't have to worry about painful bathroom breaks after taking in dairy. However, taking this pill doesn't mean no bathroom at all! It just helps you digest lactase and easier for bathroom breaks, less pain. I take a lot of these.

These are good if you follow the instructions on how to take them, but the only downside I had was when I used it, it helped but then later I got a crazzzzy migraine. It happened every time I suppressed the milk with this medicine. Would I do it again? No , is it good while out in a hurry somewhere ? Yesss just keep some excedrine on you.
