Good crunch, flavor is plain and just like the full size shredded wheat. Economical and has less sugar and calories, more fiber than most breakfast cereals. Stays crunchy with milk. Healthy and is fortified with vitamins that might be missing in the rest of the meal.

Shredded wheat has been around for a long time. I loved them as a kid and still love them as an adult. No salt and sugar free. So much the better to start out the day.

I have been eating shredded wheat for ages when they where the big biscuit looking things. What can I say the quality of the bite size is just like the original. Quality and caring never goes out of style

It's shredded wheat. Not flashy, colorful or sweet. A great blank canvas for healthy add-ins like fruit. Works well with brown sugar. This Post version of bite sized shredded wheat holds up in shipping due to the method of construction. These pieces are tightly 'woven' and strong. These bites have minimal waste. , more 'pillowy' versions from other manufacturers wind up with massive amounts of crumbles straight out of the box. These turn into instant mush when milk is added and therefore not useful. Whether it is worth a buck more per box than the GV version (pillowy) is a personal decision.

This is a cereal brand that has been on the shelf for 50 years and it hasn't changed. It is consistently fresh, crunchy and tasteful. I enjoy it for dinner 2-3 times per week. As per the old saying, “eat breakfast like a king; lunch like the queen; and dinner like a pauper.” I wouldn't exactly classify Shredded Wheat as an inexpensive meal but it's a great substitute.

This cereal is one I consider a staple food item. For whatever reason it is no longer on the shelf in my local Walmart. I discovered that it can be ordered on-line and picked up in the store without paying shipping so that is how we buy it now. Walmart pays FedEx to transport a box of cereal from the warehouse to the store!

It's delicious as is, but I put artificial sweetener sometimes. I eat it with unsweetened almond milk. Total sugar free breakfast.

THESE ARE GOOD QUALITY BUT TASTE IS BLAND. I'M NOT ONE TO ADD SUGER BUT IT WOULD HELP WITH TASTE. I MENT TO GET THE FROSTED SHREDDED WHEAT MY MISTAKE. DEFINATELY A HEALTHY CEREAL.
