I needed a file organizer and decided to purchase one from staples, I placed an online order and when I arrived they said they were out of stock. I immediate opened the Walmart app and placed the order for the exact same file organizer and it was ready in less than two hours for pick up. Walmart is the best

I'll have to check for the hinge plugs. first two I bought from the actual store and one was missing a hinge plug. I went to the store and popped one out, took it home to fix my missing plug issue. same as other two I have. not sold in the walmart stores near me now...

Instead of wading through two huge file boxes to find what I am looking for, I have decided that four smaller ones, each with its own purpose, will be best going forward. Sterilite makes excellent products, so I can trust the quality of each item I have purchased.

This is my first time ordering online from Walmart.com in Fairfield, IA. I had an excellent experience every step of the way so far. I ordered it the afternoon of Jan. 25. I received it 1:16 p.m. Jan. 27. I was texted when my package arrived, and I went to the door. It was right there. On my account page there is a photo of the package at my door. The package was pristine. I ordered a portable file box, and it was in excellent shape when it arrived. I just opened the package. So far, I am very pleased with the product. The recessed handle is good. It seems sturdy. There is a spacious in-lid compartment in which to store office supplies. There is a place to attach a small padlock. So far, the hinges and latch are working. I saw in the reviews that some people said the latch was flimsy. We shall see how it holds up. I am very pleased that it is stackable. The plastic seems durable; the file box seems sturdy. It was the lowest price that I found for a portable file box. It was slightly less expensive than Staples. The shipping fee was less than Staples. I've been reading other reviews. Yes, the lid measures 14" across. It says 15" on the label and in the advertising. But for me this doesn't matter. The hanging folders seem to fit perfectly inside. I rely heavily on other reviewers' reports when I purchase something online, so I want to give an accurate review to help other purchasers out. So far, the file box has been very good. Portable files are essential to my way of life. And this is a good portable file box for a very reasonable price. I will report back if I run into problems in the future. This is as good or better than any other portable file box I have purchased in the past. My one "problem" was finding out how I could write a review! I looked all over the website. I did not know that I had to go to my account to select writing a review. So maybe Walmart could mention somewhere on the page of the product where to go to write a review. The shipping experience was excellent. And so far I am very pleased with the product. I am not a fan of the color black. My first choice would be a clear container. My second choice would be to have some pretty colors also available. But I'm sure that would make the product cost more. So I'm happy with what I got. Thank you.

Misleading product description. The marketing description is very misleading about the actual product DIMENSIONS. The dimensions used for marketing are only for the lid. But the actual container is much smaller size.

I needed two and now I only have one. I have no idea how the delivery person managd to carry it open because without a latch, it doesn't close. So I am making do with other file boxes and probably returning the second one because reordering will take too long. Quality-wise, these aren't impressive and they don't look easy to install a lock.

It is not water tight. Walmart delivered during a sprinkle and left it on the front steps. I brought it in within 2 minutes and water ran inside through holes in the lid where the handle is attached. If you need to be able to carry files in during light rain, this won't work.

I have bought two of these from Walmart before and they arrived in perfect shape, however this one arrived with the "buttons" missing that hold the lid to the box, making the file box unusable. The item was to be shipped but was delivered by a store. So when I did the return it said I could bring it to a store or ship it back. I shipped it back Fedex, but I had to get a box, get it ready to ship. Was a pain. But, I still love using Walmart and this is the first time I experienced a problem like this.

Item arrived with a broken latch. Then, to add insult to injury, my request for a replacement is inordinately delayed; These items sent from local stores need to have the person picking them out trained to inspect the item before selecting for delivery. Extremely poor service. I needed this item to use on a timely basis, please expedite the replacement or explain to me why suddenly the poor customer service.

It's bad enough I can't give a good review but for the life of me idk how this item went though one two or three pecan not one person noticed you couldn't pick this up without knowing it was broke!!! Which tells me two things one either the workers or the company cares about their merchandize or their customers if they can honestly deliver this item open not it any kind of packaging an honestly not be ablr to tell its broke!! I have shopped with walmart fir alot of years now an i pay to be a walmart an yet be treated with such disrespect im really considering to cancel my membership. Thats how disapointed an upset i am
