It's pretty close to Korean Yukgaejang ramen soup. Real Yukgaejang soup is one of the best soups you can eat. while this soup isn't exactly like the real soup, it is a delicious substitute with a kick of spicy. Perfect for a warm %26 satisfying light meal while watching tv.
I tried the Korean Beef flavor of Top Ramen's Hot Pot infusions and it definitely surprised me! The broth is savory with a hint of sweetness and a little kick of spice, which helps give it the Korean BBQ vibe. Overall it was quick, easy, and delicious!
I tried the Korean spicy beef hot pot fusions today. I love the taste. It is spicy. I cooked it in the microwave and I feel like it has way too much water. I filled it up to the correct line and let it sit for over a minute and it still is like soup. I'm afraid if I drained the water off all of the spices will drain off as well. The next time that I cook one of these bowls, I will definitely add a lot less water. I love the convenience of it. Great way to have a quick lunch at work. It does not smell up the room although it's still full of flavor. This product has absolutely zero added MSG, which is a huge plus. Serving size is a lot greater compared to the typical Ramen noodles in the package. I love how convenient it is. I can literally just pour the water and stick it in the microwave and there's nothing to wash afterwards.
I was interested in trying the Hot Pot Fusions cup noodles because of the different flavor options. I really enjoy Korean food so I was excited to try the Korean Spicy Beef flavor. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. There was just the right amount of spice without it over powering my tastebuds and I liked the extra flavor the savory sauce added. It was the perfect size for a quick but filling meal. I will definitely be buying again!
Beef has a rich, savory broth with a nice balance of beefy depth and spicy heat. The noodles cook up with a good texture-springy and satisfying without getting mushy too quickly. The spice level is strong enough to warm you up but not overwhelmingly hot, making it enjoyable even if you're not a spice fanatic.
The product is easy to prepare with very clear and simple instructions. The packaging holds up well to being microwaved and maintains the temperature long enough to eat the soup. It is definitely spicy, but not so overwhelming that you cannot taste the beef and vegetables. Very good for a quick, easy meal.
This product is definitely full of flavor and very easy to prepare. The seasoning adequately flavors the broth and the spices are not too overwhelming. It may be a little spicy for those who prefer more mild foods but I thought it was just the right amount of heat. I do wish there were more vegetables but that would be my only complaint.
I am a big Ramen fan and I am also a huge spicy fan so I was excited to chow down. Thoughts on first bite were that the product is that is overly seasoned, but just the right amount of HEAT 🔥🔥. Future thoughts I will buy this product again and I would love to use this product for a beginning base for a homemade dinner buy chopping up fresh veggies and beef
I do not like the ingredients nor that it is bioenginered. The taste is of the other similar products. I would like to find a healthier option of a noodle bowl, but this is not it. The spice is better than expected as it has a different than normal taste.
The noodles cooked well and I liked the amount and type of vegetables. The portion size was more than ample and the cooking instructions were clear and easy to follow. However, though the concept of the flavor was appealing the execution was not what I'd hoped. The spicy portion was a little extreme and one dimensional and overpowered any sweet/savory elements that could have balanced it out.
