[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog was sick for a week which means I was waking up out my sleep at 3-4 am every night and my schedule was off but when I started taking these I am literally knocked out sleep less than 30 minutes later and I actually sleep throughout the WHOLE night! I didn’t know I needed these but I’m so happy I have them!

I really liked these tablets, and they worked as you'd expect. One thing I typically don't like is when you feel groggy the next day—but I didn't experience that with these tablets. I didn't mind how they tasted & they worked well! Totally would recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the Unisom Sleep tabs to be a dependable option for me when I am transitioning night shift to day shift as I do quite frequently. They help me fall asleep within 30 minutes and stay asleep. Unfortunately I do have some grogginess the next morning but it subsides within an hour or two after I've had my coffee. I appreciate that it's non habit forming so I'm not concerned that I will rely on it daily for help sleeping but I do worry about building a tolerance to it if I did take it regularly.

You take just one small tablet 30 mins before bed and they help you get to sleep and stay asleep! It's only recommended to use when you are able to get a full nights rest. I'm glad to have reviewed this and to be able to keep it in my cabinet for anytime we need it!!

The tablets don't really have any flavor, which is great because they're quick to take without any discomfort. They're readily available in pharmacies and stores, so it's easy to find. I find them very convenient because I just take one tablet and that's it, no fuss. They're easy to use: I take one about 30 minutes before bed and they work really well to help me fall asleep.

I took one of these at 7am, fell right asleep and I was OUT COLD until my alarm at 420pm. Never woke up once. Definitely comes in handy for those shifts and easy to swallow, didn’t even need water.

I took one tablet before bed and fell asleep quick but more important to me was that I was able to stay asleep. I will keep these around for those nights I need them.

In the morning I didn't notice any additional grogginess compared to a normal morning and I had no issue hearing my alarm. The packaging was easy to open but still child proof

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Unisom Sleep Tablets are small in size. Which makes them very convenient to take compared to bulkier pills. They are uncoated, and the instructions suggest taking them 30 minutes before bed. While the size is a huge plus, especially for those who hate taking large pills. I found that it took me a bit longer than expected to actually fall asleep. Additionally, I struggled to stay asleep throughout the entire night. They might work better for someone who just needs a little help towards sleep.
