Daylight bulbs are extremely bright
I ordered the daylight bulbs and they are way brighter than normal daylight bulbs. I'm thinking of unscrewing a couple so I don't feel like I'm looking into the sun in the bathroom.

Short life span.
Nope. You pay 5 times as much for LED bulbs so you can use far less energy and they are supposed to outlast incandescents proportionally. Not so. I have a whole bank of these lights and my Torchstars are burning out before the other incandescents they are supposed to replace. Why would anyone pay 5 bucks for one of these when an incandescent equivalent is a dollar and lasts longer. The price premium is supposed to mean they last a LOT longer, and that's just not true. My incandescents are outlasting these. They're a ripoff. See the photo. The slightly dimmer bulb on the far left is a 25W incandescent that was there when this burnt out Torchstar was first installed.
