Tough to get the top off but works great.

We were told that the shredder had been delivered. It didn't come to my address. When I contacted the manufacturer they said to give them a few days to correct the issue. A few days later a shredder was delivered. So far its a great product

This works just as advertised! I didn't pick up on the fact that the open/shut hinge on the lid was also a safety switch (it won't run unless it's open), and the collection bin's handle is see through too — both of with features were unexpected and pleasant surprises for me 😊

I've had this shredder for a few weeks now and it works great, much better than my last shredder. Paper doesn't get stuck, make sure to empty the basket often. It shreds my documents and cards to tiny pieces of confetti. I'm using the shredder declutter my home if old bills, tax returns, junk mail and expired credit cards.

The cutting heads seem pretty powerful so far but I am having a problem with the bin.There is a 1/4inch gap and shredded paper falls thru and you have to clean up the floor when you empty it
