so i needed to write this with holiday shipping involved. i ordered this product with assured shipping date of the 23rd. i reached out to hikeep immediately they responded and did everything possible to rectify the situation. over all the bike is amazing and my son loves it. does not reflect delayed shipping, and willingness to help. wish santa would have provided the item on time. i take partial blame for late order. thanks again at the moment would definitely order again

bought this for my 13 year old son, and he loves it. He is very short for his age but if you are taller it's ok too. My 15 yr old is 5' 10", and he uses it too as you can adjust the handle and the seat. (he has long legs, and he fits well) the 13yr old fits well, too. my husband has also used it and takes up his weight, and he is on the heavier side 🤦🏻‍♀️ but it takes it. I recommend it 100% battery is removable, so i like it because the bike will be stored in the garage and the battery can get damaged with heat/cold. but i can now keep %26 charge it inside.

Came quickly and pre-assembled somewhat more than the instructions said and included all the necessary tools to complete the assembly process. It was practically ready to go once assembled.

i really like my bike. it is very affectionate and goes really fast. the battery stays charged for a very long time.

So what can i say about this bike. it definitely threw me for a loop. It surprised me with its speed toughness and going up the steep hills of (Waterbury ct) with some peddle assist. Almost felt like a resistant exercise bike going up really steep hills but it made it. Shipping was exactly when it estimated. Actual date. overall 5 stars.

I love the way it handles when you riding it easy to put in your car and when you want to just cruise you don't have a paddle all the time

Easy to assemble. Came partially assembled. Don't see blue color they sent all black %26 grey. Don't like throttle it's too easy to depress. Have to make sure key is off.

I didn't like how they wouldn't accept my bank when I went to use it and then took me a long time to place the order I'm not even sure if I got the order

This bike my son bought himself. Waited 2 weeks for it to come. It comes and a day later it has a flat tire. We look all over and there's no reason for a flat. We contact the company. They say they will send us a new “wheel “ with instructions on how to install it. 2 weeks later a new but still flat tire arrives in a box. No inner tube, no instructions nothing. I send yet another email to the company because my son has had this bike now for a month and can't ride it. I get 2 separate emails. One telling me the tire doesn't need an inner tube and another email telling me it does and they will send it in another package. I am NOT happy. I understand things happen: but we should not have to wait for weeks on end for incorrect parts to arrive. So frustrated with this incompetent company . Yes we could fix the tire ourselves but that's not the point. It's a brand new bike.

Back tire blew first day and because it's tubeless it's becoming more difficult than I wanted to deal with.
