Highly recommend this product!
This high quality product added a festive flair to our family member's birthday party. It was hung outside and held up well in the breezy conditions, it didn't fray or tear at all.

Party supplies!
Kit as you see in the photo. The banners are sturdy and well made. We had zero balloon breakage and the ribbons held up through the party and beyond!

I bought this mainly for the large number balloons. You cannot blow them up yourself, you have to have a helium tank because the ends are made for a valve. I took them to a local store to be inflated but they would not hold air and one had a hole in it. The rest of the kit was fine. I liked the amount of ballons they gave me. (The kind I can blow up myself). It is a good set, just not the mylar number balloons.
