($61 Value) Nioxin System 2 Start Kit, 3 Piece Set

After years of thinning hair my stylist recommended Nioxin to me and it was within a month that I began to see new growth. I have no idea how it works but 6 months later I can see probably 3" of new growth. Just as a tiny fyi, in full disclosure I have also been taking 5000 mcg of biotin daily.

I have used this product for 5 or more years. I have not used this delivered product yet. The price I paid was less than that I've paid at a local beauty supply shop even with a 20% discount. I received it within the time promised.

The order process with Walmart and delivery time are were very satisfactory. This product was recommend by my hair stylist and will take an extended period of time to provide the desired results, so not a 5 star at this time.. Since highly recommended, I do not believe it will be disappointing.

I like this product a lot, I got back capillary strength and seems like it replenish the scalp with hair, it was recommended to me by my sister's stylist, she is a friend of mine as well, she saw me on a picture where I was asking for a recommendation on hair coloring, just for the fun, but instead she told me I was loosing a lot of hair for my age (40 something). I got this set for me before, but this time I ordered two sets because they will make a great gifts for my older brother and a friend, whom are also showing signs of capillary weakness in their scalp, or as a friend said, they are "loosing people in their stadiums"

I recently had some hair loss due to thyroid and an IUD inserted. I had the IUD removed because my hair was coming out in handfuls, that never happened to me before so I knew it was the IUD. Far as my thyroid it's hypothyroidism now, I was hyperthyroidism when I found out, and my hair did come out when I took a radiation pill. But over the years I've noticed thinning in the top of my head, and my scalp was visible. I'm only in my early 40's and I wasn't okay with my hair being noticeably thin. So I decided to try Nioxin to see what it will do for me since it has helped so many others. The first time I used it, got out the shower, my curls were very defined and it was like ringlets coming from my scalp and it was a beautiful sight to see. I'm under the impression you're to use it every day to see results, but I don't wash my hair everyday, as I wash my hair once a week, people consider this 3 piece set to use for a 30 day challenge, and I also read you have to continue to use the shampoo/ conditioner/ scalp care treatment or your hair will go back thin. So that party is what scares me, because I like to change things up. It did define my curls, my hair was soft, and I believe if I was to be consistent I will see the results I want to see. I am an African American woman and I never use heat or chemicals in my hair, my hair has been the same since I was born, just a natural curly curl. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars because I don't like that I will have to use lifetime or my hair will get thin again.

Product leaked horribly during shipping and half of product is gone due to leaking. Was inside of shopping box and coating the product box. Really disappointed because they don't sell in my local store. I haven't actually tried the product yet, so that's why it has 3 stars. Just upset with the shipping.

The product arrived in a timely manner. The product does make your hair look fuller with more volume, but DON'T expect it to regrow hair as this is an item you need to keep purchasing over and over to keep up appearances, and when you stop using it, well you'll need to find that out for yourself.

Received the products today. Walmart usually sends orders in nice strong boxes. The Nioxin set came in an envelope. The box was mangled. The bottles were not full and nothing was sealed. Either the product was tampered with or returned and I received the leftover. Very disappointed. I'm not sure if I can use it. What if the original purchaser left virus on the bottles?

My product came severely damaged. The box had obviously been opened. The scalp hair treatment was only half full and I have bought this in the past and know it comes with more than that. I was trying to save a buck buying on here but in the future I'll stick to my local salon.

I stopped using it after a few uses because it dried my hair out so drastically it felt like straw. It completely changed the texture of my hair, it became so dry from the root to the my tip of my hair, there was no softness left to my hair. For me personally, I felt it was doing more damage to my existing hair, so I discontinued use.
