LLAOLLAO 62xl cartridges both work just fine. 2 other vendors sent defective products. LLAOLLAO is identified as a "Pro Seller" on the Walmart site. I'm guessing that made the difference.

The black ink cartridge would not work. I tried all of the trouble shooting steps with no success. The color ink cartridge work fine. I returned both for a refund.

I use the product, and Walmart seems to be to be closing it out, so I decided to take advantage of the lower price. When I got notice that delivery had occurred. I looked outside my door and discovered that my product was NOT at my door. I reported the non-delivery. A short time later, the same day, a neighbor lady rang my doorbell and handed me the delivery which had been erroneously delivered to her address. So, in the end, I did get my order and am happy with it.

Order these because of the low price. Neither of the color cartridges (ordered 2 boxes) work in my HP printer. So with that said, I guess the price was not all that good for just the two black ink cartridges.

The picture showed the HP box and arrived in 2 small white square boxes.I have not installed in printer yet because I still have ink in my hp cartigates.If they come out with funky colors instead of1 black and 1 color they will go back!

The Tri Color cartridge installed perfectly and is working as it should. The Black cartridge did not - after several attempts, the printer rejected it as error. I had to discard it and purchase a new actual HP black cartridge from Amazon which works fine.

The product photo is of new cartridges, these are refilled cartridges. The print head would not align after installation and I was unable to print using them.

This product was never delivered. Not able to talk to to a real person to get product delivered or a refund through Cash App. I'm usually satisfied with products from Walmart however, this time Im frustrated and upset no movement to correct this issue.

This REMANUFACTURED INK CARTRIDGE almost broke my printer, it was streaky and then my printer needed cleaned repeatedly. i returned it.

purchased 2 packages as they were on sale as they said it would fit hp envy 5661 and it surely does not fit. it will not clip into the slot. waste if $75. 00. now i may be stuck and not get any resolution.
