Cartridge failure
I received this product 4/12/2026 and the black cartridge is not responding, 5/18/2026, to signals from my PC to print even though it is still full of ink. Would like a replacement cartridge or refund please.

Be very cautious of this site. I sent it back and
I ordered what the picture and words showed and I received a "product"---ink for a printer that was not the same brand or look as the picture and wouldn't fit my printer. Very deceitful advertisement.

Don't buy
Not compatible @ all. Despite their instructions for how to override the printer's various error readings, we were not able to make the cartridges work and had to go out and buy HP cartridges.

Not really compatible with HP printer
Cartridge worked for a couple of printings, and then my printer refused to recognize the cartridges and indicate they were incompatible. I followed the vendors directions for overcoming this challenge, but my attempts were unsuccessful.

Generic replacement sent.
I was not sent the right ink at all. Cheap off brand ink was sent and not actual HP ink. Do not order.
