im giving four star because I have not used it enough. the ink is dark black which is a good thing. it's actually better than the original HP 62xl so far

The picture of the product is not what you receive. After installation I checked the ink level and both indicated less than half full.

When I purchased these, I did not realize that they were NOT actual H-P cartridges. When installed in my printer, they would not work. I kept getting an error code saying there was something wrong with the ink cartridges. Walmart did make it easy to return them for a full refund.

Very poor quality. Not compatible with HP printers, causing repeated error messages.

This cartridge won't even work with my printer. I'm going to see if I can return it. Very disappointed and very upset as I needed to print and mail today.
