I've used the smoker twice. It works great. It seems really high-quality. It was shipped to me in four days. I had no issues there. The packaging was very secure and done very well, it has multiple parts but not that hard to put together. I'm very happy with the smoker

Bought for my husband for father's day i am sure he will love it!

I bought this smoker for my husband to replace one he previously had. We worked through so minor user errors the first round but have really enjoyed it so far. The meat cooks quickly and comes out great. We have 2 small complaints. The position of the water and wood chips could have been placed differently. All the juices from the meat land right on top of them and can be a little difficult to take in and out.

I bought this along with the assembly. It was delivered and I then found out that they did not have anyone in my area to assemble it. I'm a 68 year old woman so this was a problem. I was able to get some friends together to assemble it. The directions were poor to say the least. I still don't know where the temperature probs hook in. I bought it in February and still have not used it, relying on my old smoker since I'm having difficulty with their instructions. Pretty dissatisfied.

I never got it that took it to the wrong place and wouldnt send the driver back yo get it to bring to me
