Was lied to and told I'd be refunded for my entire purchase because of a couple things not arriving and for my account being negative 200$ because of their dumb ways of charging. I said I'd send back what did come in the mail and was told not to and promised I'd be refunded. I waited. Nothing. I call. Told the same thing. Waited and was refunded 10$. Talked to customer care on the chat and was told things were proceeding and I'd get my refund. Waited. Guess what?! NEVER GOT MY REFUND. I did however get a email in my junk folder not even showing from Walmart, once opened, was told I'd not get the refund but here is 15$ gift card. But guess what? It was not a gift card it was 15$ if I spend some stupid amount more and moral of the story is. They are absolute liars and I have had better luck and customer support and no issues with using freakin temu for crying out loud lmao but rich Walmart was without a doubt the most ridiculous process of shopping and charging and holding and releasing and items coming weeks weeks weeks weeeks after another item and it was just a joke and I'll never shop again from here I'll just go in store.
