Came without strainer.
Received product within a week. It came without the strainer. Thought that it would be shipped separately. It's been over a week and we still have not received the strainer. I'm on the phone now, holding for a manager to complain to. Been on hold for ten minutes now. Bucket is useless without the strainer. Hold time for the phone has been twenty minutes. Needs a complaint department.
