This is the one you want
I've had those fancy adjustable flag holders that adjust to various positions, and I won't have another one because they eventually fall apart. On my previous house I had one like this Valley Forge SB3-1 and it lasted for about 10 trouble-free years. It's still there as far as I know. So, new house, going with what worked before.

Bracket Ho-hum
Pretty much the same bracket that comes with the flag kit. Not as heavy duty as they would like you to believe.

flag pole
not real sturdy, thought it would be better than the plastic one but not impressed.. been up for 3 days already pulled out of the post a bit.. should have some way to secure from the top too... thinking of just taking it down and tossing it.. starting over..

Lightweight Junk
Bracket literally folded in half within first hour of use in light wind flying a 3 x 5 ft flag. Found pole and flag on the ground.
