The heater is set to 104 and shuts off after 10 minutes. It is about 40-70 degrees, and the heater doesn't get it to 104 degrees. This is 3 days old, so it's not the filter. No one has been in it. It is level. The water is warm when I turn the pump back on, but I have not been able to get it heated or stay heated. I did get to 100 degrees by going outside every hour. I thought that if it reached a higher temperature, it might start working because there would be less load on the pump to dissipate the heat. Today is a new day, and the water is back to the 80s. This would be a great, cool pool, but not a hot tub. The pump is also very weak because the water is moving very slowly when not mixed with the air pump. I wonder about hygiene as well. When I inquired with the company, they told me to try a new filter if it's dirty and is less than 40 degrees, and did the circuit trip? So its brand new and not the circut did not trip.
