Tv is wonderful!!! Got it part of the Black Friday deal. It was amazingly cheap. Got a surround sound as well. Hung up with my hubby in less than 20 minutes! We purchased a hangman tv mount super easy!! Tv quality is amazing can't even tell it's a cheaper brand!! Sound quality is also great! I have it hooked up to surround speakers and it sounds like our own personal movie theater In- home!! No lines! No blur! Epic picture quality!! Glad I purchased this!

If I could give this 0 stars I would! When the ServicePro came to install the tv. We discovered it was badly damaged. Walmart refused to replace it %26 only gave an option for refund. Brought the TV on Black Friday for $228 %26 now the price is the normal price of $398. So they wanted me to rebuy it at a higher price even though it arrived damaged. The representatives were extremely rude %26 offered no solution. One told me it was holiday policy not to replace the Tv! I will never purchase another TV from the walmart!

Worst shopping experience ever. Walmart appears to be using some incompetent delivery services %26 methods, having items delivered to wrong addresses. I am still awaiting the delivery of my $243 item. And all customer service could tell me is that yes it was delivered, but to who?? My freight forwarders were not open on the day of delivery, so whose door did they knock on? Who did the deliver to? This was a BIG SCAM.. You have been warned..

By delivery person had no care in mind when delivering my items. 1st tv was damaged at the store and was never received and my 65 in was received and when i opened it my screen was busted. My gf seen him trynna deliver it and said he acted like the box didn't have a tv in it. Said he was struggling with it rocking it back and forth on the concrete. Wal mart is giving me the run around for a replacement of both my damaged tvs. No i don't want a refund i want the tvs i waited for on Black Friday to be replaced and i will not stop until they are. Customer care has did nothing but give me the run around when all i want is my tvs replaced not accepting a refund bc that's not gonna allow me to get a 55inch and 65 inch for under $500 . Not a happy customer

Got the tv for Black Friday. Tv got delivered with a broken screen. Walmart will not lock in the Black Friday price for you even though they sent a defective product. Absolutely ridiculous. They should give and honor a rain check in these situations.

I recently purchased this TV on a Black Friday deal. The TV didn't have the option to be picked up so I had no choice, but to get it delivered. It got delivered on the Sunday after Black Friday, and when I opened it, the screen was totally cracked and broken. Walmart refuses to replace the TV for the same price that I bought it at, and there is no way I am rebuying a TV for double the amount when I didn't even break it. Walmart broke it, so Walmart should replace it. That's all I'll say. Do with my comment as you please.

Record tv and it was broken. I bought it at the Black Friday price. It was delivered the next day. When I plugged in tv set it up I got red and white lines. See photo. Called store and they had no more in stock (as no stores did so I couldn't exchange. Even if another Walmart did have it they would not give me the Black Friday price per the staff at the store I returned to. This was a total bait and switch and I feel like they took me for more money. I needed to get the tv as my mother just came home from the hospital after having surgery for her cancer. I had no choice but to buy another tv (they did give me the 228.00 back) but the cheapest television they had in the store was 398.00. Because of my mother coming home from the hospital I wanted her comfortable with a new tv that she could see without her glasses (reason I did not go smaller in size). I immediately called the store when I realized that the tv was broken. They assured me that they would put one to the side for me. When I got to the store no one knew who this employee was. I had his name. So, because the manufacturer or Walmart could not do anything for me I had to spend more money. This was no black Friday deal. It was a total waste of precious time I could have spent with my mom. Instead I spent 1 1/2 hours to talk with a manager and try to make them understand that this was wrong I feel like it was bait and switch on the part of Walmart. Photo is of the tv when turned on. I also did find the reset button on the back of tv and reset the tv with no results. Walmart sold it and should take this up with the manufacturer. I wonder how many others this happened to.

I specifically requested that if no one answered the doorbell to drop off the TV at the GARAGE! The delivery person left a huge TV on my front porch where anyone can see. Why ask about delivery instructions if they are never followed!

I ordered my tv to be delivered witch was a mistake when I opened it the tv was smashed on one side so the tv was not any good it was sad because I can't pay 400$ for a tv so I was so happy to be able to get a 65 inch tv for under 300$ and then seen that and there was no way to get a replacement for it because they was sold out

Got as a Black Friday sale. The screws were missing so I had to go to Lowe's to find the M4x36mm screws just to come home and put them on and plug up the power cord to see lines all over the screen like someone dropped it. This was my first tcl purchase and will probably be my last.
