The packaging in the picture looks like genuine HP, which led me to purchase it without carefully reading the description. When the package arrived, it looked very different from what was shown. After installing the cartridges, my printer indicated that they had already been used. I'll continue using them for now to see how they perform over time.

Product is ok. Low rating is because I ordered a box of two color cartridges and received a box with one black and one color cartridge. Too much trouble to return.

Ink cartridge prices are outrageous especially when they dry out so fast. I probably print a few pages off maybe once every two weeks. Very disappointing one doesn't get very much use before you have to pay another 30 dollars. Unfortunately there are no other options. I have one 1 year old printer and one 6 months old printer and both won't work unless I have color and black cartridges in and I only need the black but I buy the double pack as it is cheaper than just the black.

I ordered 3 HP ink cartridge packages but received off-brand boxes of cartridges - they are NOT HP.

I have used this brand before. Didn't come in the original package like shown in picture. Not so sure about the ink now, opened one of the packages and it look like a very cheap knock off. I still need ink for later even though I was told it is cheaper to buy just buy a new printer. And you know I compared the prices and it is, just don't like to waste my time setting up a new printer unless I have too.

Outside package was partially open and ink cartridges were in bags that had the end cut off so the cartridge was open to air and the usual plastic coverings on the cartridges themselves were not on them. I was afraid to use it in my printer.

I put the cartridges in the printer and when I did some printing the colr came out with different colors lines on my documents.

Ordered HP ink cartridges and received generic ones.

Got two black cartridges ordered one black one colored.
