The sponges look a little drier than the ones that came with my kit, and everything was slightly larger, but they still fit my small countertop system. I really like the stickers to cover the unused areas too.

I really wanted to love this seed pod kit because the concept is great, but I ran into a few issues. The seed pod stickers would not stay attached very well, and the humidity domes did not fit securely enough to create a proper seal. Because of that, it was difficult to maintain the moisture levels needed for seed starting. I found that in order to make it work better, I had to modify it myself, including using tape to help create a tighter seal around the domes. Once modified, it performed better, but I don't feel customers should have to make adjustments right out of the box. That said, the kit does have potential and can still be useful for starting seeds if you're willing to make a few tweaks. The idea behind the product is solid; it just needs a better fit and finish.
