I love this product. Its a good balanced energy. There is no beta-alanine in this, so it won't make you feel weird or tingly. Also generally does not upset your stomach (does not "flush" you). Contains an "energy blend" that tends to not make me feel tired like the highly caffeinated products do. Not just great for running days but also for chores around the house days!
