Arrived broken!
Peeled back factory sticker to reveal a broken screen! Wouldn't power on either when store associate tried it. Returned.

stopped working after less than a week. tried to factory reset through Android Recovery but still won't stay on. tossed the packaging so I'm unsure if I can return it.
