This seasoning is now become a staple in our home. We decided to have it as a dry rub on pork chops. After everyone devoured there food we are thinking of the next thing to try on. THIS IS A MUST HAVE. Its not over whelming and is such a balanced flavor of black garlic and Parmesan.
The Grill Mates Black Garlic Parmesan 3-In-1 Seasoning Mix by McCormick is amazingly delicious! I used this as a mix in my burgers, and WOW!!! The flavor pop was amazing! I cannot wait to go get some more and try it as a marinade & a rub. The grilled marinated mushrooms suggestion on the back of the package has me drooling...
The black garlic parmesan seasoning was a great addition to our meat, we used it for our homemade Jerky and it created a great flavor that went through the meat well. Would probably make a great addition to chicken or steak as a ready made seasoning.
This seasoning packet made for a great dry rub on a recent beef brisket i smoked! It was easy to apply and the packet provided a good amount for one pound of beef. I would like to see this in a shaker in the future. I would recommend and would buy again.
I've always loved garlic, actually I crave it. I used it as a mix in 98% lean burger, pattied it up and tossed them on the grill. My family an I all liked and enjoyed the flavor. There were no leftovers, awesome! I would like to get more and try it as a rub and also marinade.
I was pleasantly surprised when I used the McCormick Grill Mates Black Parmesan 3-in-1 Seasoning Mix on pork chops. My husband really didn't care for pork chops but I like to mix up the kind of meats we eat. I decided to use the McCormick mix on the pork chops then let it merinade for about an hour. We grilled the pork chops, and they tasted great. My husband ate the whole thing. They tasted like steak. I will definitely look for this mix at the store.
2 of my favorite things...Parmesan and garlic! And McCormick is a brand of seasoning I have always enjoyed and trusted to deliver. Great on meat -chicken, pork, and also fish -but vegetables, too! Salmon, hamburgers. Hard to think of a dish this wouldn't compliment.
We tired the McCormick® Grill Mates® Black Garlic Parmesan 3-In-1 Seasoning Mix on some drumsticks and they were easy and delicious. We tossed the drumsticks in olive oil followed by the McCormick® Grill Mates® Black Garlic Parmesan 3-In-1 Seasoning Mix and then air-fried them until done. These were super easy to make, and paired with a nice salad, a quick and delicious meal!
Frist time using Grill Mates Black Garlic 3-1 seasoning mix. We used it to marinade both chicken and shrimp before they went on the grill. Outstanding flavor and helped us to create a really great dinner at home. Definitely want to try this with beef (steaks and burgers) directly and continue to use as an option to marinade as well!
I chose to use my McCormick® Grill Mates® Black Garlic Parmesan 3-In-1 Seasoning Mix, that was provided to me as a buzz agent in exchange for a review, as a dry rub for a set of boneless ribs I was grilling. It went on the ribs nicely. Unfortunately when it was done cooking the flavors had combined or set in an amalgam where you couldn't really get a profile of the original ingredients. I couldn't taste the Parmesan or the black garlic. It may work better with a different method of cooking but I cannot recommend as a dry rub.
