Assembly was difficult because instructions on orientation of parts are not as easy to figure out what the plans that they were given but once we get it together properly, the chairs were very solid and I've had them for about three months now with no issues
Love it, but one of the chairs were slightly bent making it hard to assemble but it still worked out.
VERY easy to assemble and everything matched up perfect! I needed to add something to help some of the cushions from sliding, but I didnt mind that for the amazing price savings! Shipped a week faster than expected!
Shipment was missing four panels needed to complete assembly. Took 18 days for replacement parts to arrive from China. However, compared to similar furniture, it represented good value for money
Very happy with this set. It is a bit on the small side and the pieces don't connect to one another, but overall very satisfied.
Overall im not very happy with it. Only thing nice is how I can lay down and relax..im 6' and the back of the couch is super short so the top of it is in the middle of my back, cushions are very cheap, assembly wasn't that bad, quality i guess is pretty good. Overall not horrible but definitely see why it's so cheap, I won't buy again or recommend it but for the money I guess it's not bad
This patio set has a very low back which makes it extremely uncomfortable. The return process has been very painful. I went with Walmart because of the good return policy. But apparently this is an outside seller. The return process has been very painful. I have reached out to them several times and they just want to negotiate me into keeping it. Please Walmart do better
The worst product I've ever bought. I called to get to return or get my money back and they offered me supposedly partial payment back. They offered me out of 455.00 with delivery $30 back, it was such a horrible experience. The product is extremely poor quality. Don't waste your money on this garbage.
Parts came very scuffed up, and some of the rattan pieces were ripped. It actually looks like it's been used and put back in the box.
Putting this item together took a total of 2 days. the quality of this item is very cheaply made. the directions for assembly make no sense. very poor-quality item all in total.
