*Very* pleased with this purchase. Bought it to lock up medication and other dangerous household items from very inquisitive determined little ones. Can’t speak about its function to secure true valuables. Serves my function for it superbly. Easy to open and lock. Love that it has a backup key and usb charge functionality if the batteries go dead. Also love the little light that comes on for about 30 seconds when the door is open (present on both doors). Quality materials. Shelf in bottom safe is adjustable and removable. Would definitely recommend!!

It says it is fireproof and waterproof. I would like to have the fireproof rating because I don't think this safe is fireproof. The walls are too thin to be fireproof.

i have another safe. this safe is alot thinner metal. it seems as though this metal is the same as a filimsy cabinet file. i had a hard time finding the reset button. it doesnt seem like this safe is as safe as my first study safe. but i didnt want to put it back together and send it back. i feel like i didnt save the money that i was originginally told i was going to save. to me this safe cost what i paid for it and i wouldnt pay anymore money for a safe like this. ill live with it because i desperately needed one right away.

It seems sturdy enough, and it’s cheap, but in no universe would I considered this safe to be fireproof or waterproof. It even has holes drilled in the bottom and sides.

safe did not work as it was supposed to talk to her portion opened like it said to in the directions but when I use the key for the bottom portion the bigger portion of the safe it did not open no matter how many times I tried had to return this to Walmart and call walmart.com to get a refund. will not purchase again will purchase a different brand.

The battery compartment doesn't hold the four batteries properly. I have to force it shut for t to work. Disappointed

Thin sheet metal construction, definitely not insulated to be fireproof. Bet you could bend the door open with a screwdriver. It's basically a glorified shoe box and most certainly not worth $180.00. Being returned promptly.

safe was dented and the framework was twisted. I cannot open either door, the left-hand side of the safe is twisted a quarter inch out of being square because there is a quarter-inch gap on the left side between the door and the frame work. The right side corner is flat against the framework. I have contacted the seller and they will not refund my money or send me a safe that is not damaged. All they want is proof the safe is damaged. Pictures have been sent and instructions were sent on how the safe was tried to be opened with the Keys and know they want a video. My next step is to contact the Office of the Illinois Attorney General if this problem is not corrected.
