73% Lean / 27% Fat Ground Beef, 1 lb Roll, Fresh, All Natural* delivers solid flavor and cooks up nicely for a variety of recipes. The higher fat content makes it juicy and flavorful, especially for burgers, meatloaf, tacos, or skillet dishes. It browns well and doesn’t dry out like leaner ground beef can. The roll was fresh and easy to portion, and I didn’t notice any off smells or quality issues when cooking. Because it’s a higher-fat blend, you may want to drain excess grease depending on the recipe, but that’s expected with this ratio. For everyday cooking where flavor and moisture matter, this ground beef performs well and offers good value. If you’re looking for a leaner option for certain recipes, you may choose a different ratio, but for juicy burgers and hearty dishes, this is a reliable choice.
I highly recommend this 73% Lean/ 27% Fat Ground Beef. 1 roll , 1 lb of ground beef, all naturally minimally processed with no artificial ingredients, 19 g of protein per servings. Excellent source of protein and good source of iron per serving. Cook to minimum of 160 ° F . Great on pasta , Meatballs and hamburgers 🍔 😋
When I made it home from the market the first thing I wanted was a hamburger so I grabbed my ground beef at first glance of the meat once taken out out of the package it was pink had no bad odors. It cooks very well. And not a lot of oil to drain off which is always a plus. 5 stars
I mixed 1 can with one .¢28 tomatoes 1 green peppers and one chilli pepper.¢28, ,78¢ 1/2 pound of bacon 2.50 in my CROCK POT after cooking n draining bacon for $5 I made a whole crock pot of fire af chili and ate on it like aKING🕌 for 2 whole days!!‼️ I ❤️ Walmart
I have been buying this ground beef for at least 7 years. The quality and freshness of product has been consistent. Considering the beef is in a sealed package that says a lot. I use it for sauces, chili, meatloaf, burgers. The taste and fat to lean on any ratio you choose is spot on. The flavor is good enough for hamburgers.
For the price I expected a bit more quality. as prices keep rising especially in food production, so should the quality and the amount. maby less fat and better beef?? Idk where the answer lays, not my job. I wouldn't recommend this item of any size. if the price were to go down a bit, I would. I do not believe this product is worth what it is priced at.
This is a no choice option. Meat is so expensive and you have to go for the cheaper version for your family to have any. The loss of bulk at cooking is alot. the price keeps going up. Another concern is what is in it? We used to know but not anymore.
Considering how much ground beef cost....I feel like the quality is a lot worse than just a year or 2 ago plus the prices has almost doubled. If they are going to keep cutting corners to increase profits they could at least keep prices under 6 bucks a pound for bottom quality beef
Something is wrong with Walmart meat . I brought this ground meat seasoned it and cooked it well .. The ground meat wouldn’t separate like normal ground meat does during and after cooking it .. Stop trying to create meat that has already been created by God . He created the animals to have meat to cook and eat // scientifically that is not going to work once everyone catch on to what is being done to this meat ..
I was making spaghetti so I was frying the hamburger meat and I looked and I saw nothing but grissly fatty white chunks in the meat. I tried to get them out but realized it was all in the skillet so basically all the hamburger meat was grissle and fat
