Purchased this to go in the freezer while prepping groceries for a couple of weeks and was pleasantly surprised how good it tasted after unfreezing. I've never been one to freeze ground beef, but I will be buying this again to keep in the freezer. It cooked extremely well and tasted great.

for Lower end Burger it is great quality excellent beefy flavor not an overabundance of fat just enough to make it taste like hamburger but hamburger should taste I think it's excellent quality for the money and I find that it's a good value for the price thank you

This 73% Lean / 27% Fat Ground Beef is a great freezer staple because it's so convenient and makes meal planning much easier. I love that it's packaged in a 1-pound roll, so I never have to guess on measurements when making meatloaf, tacos, chili, spaghetti, meat sauce, or other family favorites. This frozen 73% lean ground beef was convenient and economical. Oftentimes I purchase an extra one to keep on hand in the freezer to use for weeknight meals. I can put the container in the refrigerator in the morning and it is ready to use when I come home from work. The taste is similar to fresh ground beef. I would not have known it was frozen had I not purchased it myself. I recommend this ground beef for convenience and value.

This hamburger meat is convenient because it's fresh and frozen. I don't have to worry about it going bad. Great value for the money. Only downfall is it is frozen if you need to use it as soon as possible but this is convenient if not! Great value for the price. Wished it came in larger quantity.

These hamburger rolls are the best deal when you have just three people that you're going to be feeding. If you have a package that you have to breakdown you need to have extra bags so for me this is the better deal. The pricing is much better than getting a big package and having to use other bags to break it down.

This old guy my seem a little confused on the "hamburger" subject but, here we go. I usually, after pulling myself off the floor because I looked at the price of beef, buy the meat by price rather than cut. This one, this week was my choice. Taste: after frying it up and putting on onions, tomatoes, cheese, mushrooms, lettuce and mustart I think it tasted pretty good. When I made a meatloaf and slathered it in "A-!" (plug) "ditto". And, after cooking both, there wasn't an inordinate amount of fat, that's good too! So this sleeve of burger meat gets a good rating.

This is a good value for the money, but it loses a star for having so much fat (27%). Not a good choice for grilling burgers because with all the fat you're going to have flame-ups. Browning for taco meat or anything else will require you to drain it as well.

should not b frozen. i n live alone and a whole one is too much meat for me. I cut in thirds and make 3 different dinners. if left overs, I then eat left overs for another meal. i can do that with each meal. i can't cut it when it is frozen. thank you

This item went bad overnight, in my refrigerator, when I thawed it to cook it. Upon piercing the package to open and cook the meat, it smelled horrible and had a brown-ish color to it. It turned brown, just being defrosted in the refrigerator overnight, making it spoiled and inedible. I've only ever seen ground beef turn brown when cooked or when it's left in a cooler/refrigerator for about a week….not overnight when it is supposed to be defrosting so it can be cooked. I have no idea how they expect you to cook it properly if you keep it frozen, but at least I understand WHY they put the words “KEEP FROZEN “ on the packaging in large letters. Because when it's frozen, you can't smell the bad meat inside.
