Enjoyable product
Quality and flavor is more than acceptable for the price of the product. We buy this routinely. Given that it clearly states '27% Fat', I don't see how anyone finds it acceptable to complain about the meat cooking down.

Not actually 5 lbs!
2 lbs of this is fat that gets cooked out. You want actual 5 lbs of hamburger, go get a different mixture.
