I love this pool table once it's put together it looks very nice it balances nice, putting it together will take two people and if you follow the directions it's very simple. Moving it around is easy as it's not so heavy that it can't be moved it also comes with a dart board two pool sticks the balls the rack too chalks and a stand that you have to put together that holds the equipment you get a lot for your money when you buy this pool table

I bought it as a christmas gift to my husband and we all love it. It is large size and you definitely will need space for it. Our family friends, adults and kids love to play. I would say it is difficult to assemble yourself if you have no experience, but overall look very good, have a good quality and affordable price.

Was a bit worried after reading all the reviews. Worried that it would be damaged. It was packaged quite well. Delivery company(Day and Ross) not the best with communication. Table was heavy. Need two people to carry top and to lift it on once base together. Instructions were pretty good. Takes a few hours to assemble. Not bad for the price point. Kids love to play regularly

The look. of the table is very nice. The instructions were pretty easy to follow which was good. The amount of assembly was not expected. The design could use some changes. The plastic used for the "claw" legs is very cheap and does not snap together well. The decorative part does not snap in well at all and leaves gaps and looks bad. (See picture) After assembling the bottom/support of the table and then placing the actual pool table on the support was difficult.. the holes that hold the table to the support would not line up.. we turned the table 180° and still could not get them to line up. We flipped the table on its belly and flipped the support/legs onto the table and we finally got " most" of the bolts but we were not able to install all the bolts in. Leveling wasn't awful. It would be better if the leg levels had a bit longer bolts to help in leveling for those of us who live in older homes that aren't so level anymore. Overall, happy with the product. It is a good pool table for those who want to enjoy playing pool at home and not spend a fortune.

The entire process has been a complete nightmare. The delivery driver was very rude when bringing the pool table. The box was absolutely destroyed, like it had been dropped multiple times. When we opened the box, the frame of the table was broken. No surprise there.. I called customer service so we could get a replacement. The gentleman that answered set up the pickup of the old pool table and delivery date for the new table. Well, the date for the delivery had arrived, and i checked online, and it said the delivery hadn't even shipped. I called customer service AGAIN, and the lady did her research and couldn't find any movement on the replacement. So now we have to wait up to 10 business days for a full refund of our money to turn around and order another. Im very upset. I've already waited almost a month in a half and now have longer to wait. I will NEVER order online with Walmart again

This company gave me a broken box pool table. I never received my pool sticks or dartboard set. Wal-Mart kept on telling me it would arrive Wednesday, and then on Wednesday, it will arrive Friday. Now it will arrive next month on the 2nd. That's a hole mouth of repeated bad costume service. Still NO pool table I had to reorder it to be on time before my sons birthday NEVER BUY A POOL TABLE HERE You will never get this item on time or never receive it on time or get all that was advertised You will get a bunch of Im sorry especially for their lack of services rendered big 0 for this e experience broken box broken table

The delivery of this item was terrible, i watched the delivery guy basically push the box off the truck and then he called me to tell me he couldn't leave it where i instructed the item to be left in the order instructions. When i got home and saw the damage to the box and saw that it went through the packaging to the product.

First off I would like to say the shipping company was great! Told me when they were 30 minutes away and even put my table under my porch so it wouldn't get damaged by the rain that day.. However Walmart not so much. This pool table is not even from the seller from which the manager gave me the contact info on.. when I called the number given by Walmart they said what probably happened was a lot of third party sellers sell on Walmart and that's what I got.. my table came partially damaged… not by the shipping company, but by manufacturing. The right side frame of the table is not level, therefore the screws would not skew down the whole side.. the material is so cheap it cracked when assembling (with care) in two places.. and the two sticks did not come with tops anywhere! So they are completely useless… Walmart can completely care less of the situation. I bought brand new in good faith, it came damaged. It was taken down stairs to my basement, and assembled. The last steps is where the issues are otherwise I would have never completed set up and shipped back for a full refund! The fact it's assembled, and 280 lbs, the box is huge and got rained on. I just am gonna stick with it and deal with it.. Walmart should do better in certain circumstances, weight, damaged items not caused by customer, and size could at minimum be offered a credit of some sort with picture proof in my opinion.. but what does that matter.

Scam! I do not recommend ordering this product and at this point maybe any products from Walmart. My order is marked delivered yesterday at 2:05 pm I call to get info and I was told the driver had an emergency while delivering so it will get here today between 7am and 5pm it's now 6:07 and they still can't tell me where my package is and ask me to contact the shipping company via phone which we know was futile! Then tell me they will refund me so I can purchase the item again when it's on sale so I'll be paying double for it again . SCAM! Very dishonest, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
