Great item for the money
Not much to dislike. very versatile because of the velcro. you can change it around somewhat. I actually put one piece behind my pillow and the other part for my legs. after my chemo my legs were like over large marshmallows so this keeps them elevated while I wait for the fluid to go down. I would definitely recommend this pillow. the great part is in my case seven or so in is plenty. so by removing the upper part it actually has a little downslow to it which makes it very comfortable
