77" Solid Wood Backyard Chicken Coop with 2 Nesting Boxes

Seemed a bit thinner of wood than I thought. Was expecting a more solid feeling of the material. And the instructions are only pictures of what to do. Took a bit of time to figure it out and put it together.

While this was well packed and easy to assemble, the “solid” wood is very thin and very flimsy. One piece in the doorway of the run broke during assembly. I had to screw two pieces of a 2x4 into it to fix it—-it was very difficult to do this without more wood splitting. Less than a week of use and the door out of the coop wouldn't close, and with slight pressure, the door frame broke. It is a perfect size for the six silkie chicks we have using it, but no more than two regular hens could fit in this coop. This work works in a pinch if you don't have any other option. Definitely a temporary solution, I don't expect it to survive long term usage.
