Perfect pan If u season it before using, and use med heat,and don't use metal utensils, and no non stick SPRAYS...., noting will stick to this pan. It doesn't wobble on my burner, has a good weight to it. I love this pan!

Smaller than wanted. The 8 inches is across the top - not across the bottom of the pan. But I really love this brand of pan.

The pan is really awesome. Without oil also we can cook. I loved it.

I use pan almost everyday and love it. Worth the money.

I am so happy to have this pan! I've only had it a couple of days and I've already used it a few times - so far for a grilled cheese sandwich, bacon, and an omelette. Each time, the surface remained slick and the food reminded me of Bambi on ice, it was so slippery. Even the omelette slid around. No funny taste from the coating, and cooking with so little oil is so much healthier. It's a snap to clean, as well - just wipe it out with paper towel, then clean it with hot soapy water. I did burn a little cheese on it, but it came off easily with a cloth. The cheese that didn't burn peeled right off. It's important to follow the enclosed directions. Each time you use the pan, you need to "season" it with a tiny (I mean like 1/4 tsp) of oil or butter. Never use cooking sprays because they have added ingredients that can damage the finish. Also important not to use metal utensils. It came with a felt-like insert to put inside the pan in case you want to store other pans inside it. If you take care of the pan properly, it should remain non-stick forever. This pan is really nice looking, too. It is heavy and seems to be very high quality. It is oven safe to a certain temperature if you want to keep foods warm in it, but if you have hard water like me, you probably shouldn't put it in a dishwasher. I also love that the coating is ceramic, and perfectly safe, unlike Teflon, which can release dangerous fumes. Overall, I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants healthy cooking, and is willing to take the proper simple steps to take care of it.

This 8 inch is perfect to make a egg omelette in. I didn't experience any sticking, Omelette came out with no sticking, We always use a bit of virgin coconut oil in our pans. I like how all my foods that we have cooked in it slides right out of the pan!! Like a non stick should. I believe that if you take good care of this ozeri Green Earth Pan. I believe it will last you a very long time. I don't put my pans in the dishwasher that are non stick, The only ones I ever put in the dishwasher our my stainless steel, But the non stick wash them with dish washing soap and use a non abrasive pad! seriously it is very easy peasy to clean them up. My only thing is I wish the Green Earth Pans came in a variety of colors for the kitchen. But maybe they will in the future, we all love to have them match our decor. I highly recommend this Green Earth Ozeri Pan!! you can use it on Gas stove or electric stove. The heat distribution is even heating! Very nice looking and nice and sturdy without being to heavy, and probably the best news is you can dumb your old toxic Teflon pans and save your health with this Pan. The 10" Green Earth Fry Pan by Ozeri has a wonderful non stick interior. Unlike other non stick pans, the scratch resistant, multilayered coating is made from nature, contains no harmful chemicals, keeping your food safe. The smooth interior cooks food evenly using about half the oil you would normally use. Food browns evenly on all sides. Clean up is quick and easy. I love that this pan can be used in the oven and with induction stoves. The handle is long, and very comfortable to hold. I received this pan free in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

Washed and put in the drying rack before using, went to put away and saw these marks. Thinking back on the packaging, this could have been used before I bought it. Keeping it because it seems like a good pan, and its too much work to return

2 months in and everything sticks. Every wash seems to cut its life shorter. I don't cook every day.
