Item arrived a month late (after I was refunded), and then required to return only through FexEx (not through local store as I have done in the past). I would have been happy to pay for the late item if it had been what I ordered. But I ordered a bluray drive and the drive that I received did not have the capability of reading any bluray discs.

horrible experience-wrong item took 8 weeks arriv
The wrong item was sent...it was NOT a Blu-Ray drive. Also, after a month of no tracking updates, I cancelled my order and got a refund. but then they shipped it to me 2.5 weeks later. Now, they are threatening to charge me for it if I don't return it, in a box with a label even though it was shipped to me in a bag. Then after going thru all the return arrangements on walmart.com, it told me it could not process my return and I need to call the Customer Care number. So I did that and they told me I will not be charged, to just disregard. But their website says I will be charged. So I'm just stuck with whatever they do to me and whatever Visa will help me with afterwards. Lots of time and energy wasted. it's no wonder Amazon is winning the retail war.

Blu Ray doesn't work!
It works as a DVD player but out of the box it wouldn't recognize or work with blu ray discs at all. What crap. Don't buy!
