I like the concept of this dryer and the different styling attachments. However, the downfall is when you turn it to use it as a hairdryer that's wonderful when you put it back in place and try to use the brushes it keeps going back into the hairdryer position, which actually should be locked, and it does not lock in place so it takes forever to style your hair cause you have to keep making an adjustment. This should lock in either position that it's put in. There were no instructions on how to use this dryer either.
I like this product but there are a few things I wish it had. The head pivots on its own sometimes and I wish it had a lower blow setting so when you are stying to use the curl accessories the rest of your hair didn't blow also.
